The Nokia Consumer Data and Interaction Program (CDIP) discovered that cross service themes such as Ovi Accounts, Ovi Sync, etc. lack a “very human” service introduction as prerequisite for giving consent to data collection or marketing. The team was tasked to map how the users flow through the services, collect and develop design patterns, and propose consistent content and placement of service introductions, service terms and privacy policy for implementation.
In addition to assisting in mapping how the users flow through the services, I was also trusted to visually enhance the deliverables for presentation to top management.
